From the Sunda region of Java, this naturally processed lot is alive with exotic flavour. The highlands of Indonesia have a 300-year history of coffee production, this area of Indonesia offers a variety of Typica that is nearly a century old, with flavour that is totally unique. Processing clean, balanced naturals is difficult in Indonesia due to the humidity, but Radiophare is a true stand out: notes of passion fruit, cinnamon, and lemon curd are not to be missed.
